How to raise a complaint

  1. Start with our office. Call or visit the office where you have your loan and explain the problem. Many questions can be sorted out this way.
  2. Contact the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC) if you are not satisfied: 2601 N. Lamar Blvd., Austin, Texas 78705; phone (800) 538-1579; occc.texas.gov.
  3. You can also contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB): consumerfinance.gov/complaint; phone (855) 411-2372.

What to include

  • Your name and phone number
  • The office and the date of the loan or payment involved
  • A short description of what happened
  • What you would like us to do
  • Copies of any documents (never send originals)

You may go to the OCCC or CFPB at any time; you do not have to contact us first.
