Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 30, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.republicloans.net (the "Site"), which is operated by Republic Loans of Texas, doing business as Republic Loans ("Republic Loans," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version applies from the effective date shown at the top of the page.
What the Site is for
The Site provides information about our title loans and personal installment loans and lets you contact us or start an application. Loans are closed at our Texas offices. Nothing on the Site is an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or legal, tax or financial advice. Only a written loan agreement that you sign is a binding credit contract.
Eligibility
To apply for a loan you must be able to enter into a binding contract and provide truthful, complete and current information. Title loans require a clear Texas title in your name.
Loans and approval
- We offer title loans and personal installment loans of $150 to $1,300, repaid in 4 to 12 monthly installments. Payment history is reported to the credit bureau once a month.
- Approval is not guaranteed. We review your application and may verify the information you provide and check your credit before making a decision.
- Loan amounts, terms and availability may change. Your exact amount, term, payment schedule and cost are stated in the written loan agreement and the Truth in Lending Act disclosures you receive before you sign.
Accuracy of the information you give us
You agree that everything you submit through the Site, by phone or in person is accurate and yours to provide. Giving false information may lead us to decline or cancel an application and may have legal consequences. As federal law requires, we will verify your identity before a loan is made.
Credit and verification
By applying you authorize us to verify the information you provide, which may include checking your identity and obtaining consumer reports from credit reporting agencies. If we decline an application based on a consumer report, we will send the notice required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
Fees, charges and payments
Any fees or charges are disclosed in your loan agreement and are limited by Texas law. Please read the agreement before signing and ask us about anything that is unclear. The Site does not list fees or rates because they depend on the loan you are offered.
Communications
We may contact you about your application or loan by phone, mail or, where you have agreed, by text message or electronic delivery. See our Text Message Policy and E-Consent page for details on how to opt in or out.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to break any law, submit information about another person without permission, interfere with the Site or its security, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy data from the Site by automated means.
Online application
Online requests are submitted through a secure third-party network. Requests may be reviewed by lenders in that network, who may verify your information and check your credit. Approval is not guaranteed. Information you submit online is transmitted for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Site text, design, logos and other content belong to Republic Loans or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.
Limits on liability
The Site is provided "as is." To the extent Texas and federal law allow, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any right you have under your loan agreement or under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. See also our Legal Disclaimer.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law. Any lawsuit about your use of the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts in Texas. Terms for disputes about a loan are those in your signed loan agreement.
If part of these terms is unenforceable
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest remains in effect.
